free, your three business daysWe send you a workbench that already knows what you said. You react, you do not author. Confirm, flag, and rank in your own words. Usually under an hour. - 03
Two Statements of Work
returned after your windowSOW-1 is signable and leads with the hardest part first. SOW-2 is quoted now and finalized later. You sign SOW-1 only. - 04
Inception
one hourWe define the whole vision with you and produce a decision-ready blueprint. SOW-1 is tightened with more detail, never more scope. One redacted blueprint artifact is shown on request. - 05
The thirty-day build
in the openWe make the hardest part real. You open the door whenever you want and follow an immutable log of every step. Nothing happens to you. It happens with you. - 06
Day-30 checkpoint
the call is yoursA safety gate, then a value gate, then your own eyes on the result. You decide: continue, refine, or stop. You own what was made either way.
Then the cycle repeats. The fixed price and the thirty-day window never move. A higher tier scales the team to do more in the same thirty days. Most find their footing in about three months.
