Privacy

We collect only what we need to do the work: the contact details and the vision you share, and the recording of the intake hour. The recording is seen only by your delivery team and kept for the length of your engagement, then destroyed within thirty days of the engagement closing unless you ask us in writing to keep it longer. We do not sell your data, and we do not put personal data in links or share it with anyone you did not ask us to.

To exercise a data right (see, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you), email michael.polzin@solutionwright.com and we respond within thirty days.

Where this site lives

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by our own intake handler and may be relayed to the founder’s email so a real person can read them. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or session-replay tools on this site.

What we measure ourselves: only first-party, no-content events (page view, scroll depth, gate-solved or skipped, CTA click) sent to a sovereign analytics endpoint on our own server. No name, email, IP address, raw User-Agent, or form content is stored. A short-lived session ID lives in your tab only. We honor Do-Not-Track and the Global Privacy Control absolutely: when either is set we record nothing.

Terms

Each engagement is a fixed-price, thirty-day Statement of Work. The price and the window are agreed before any work begins. You own the working result of each cycle. The decision to continue is yours at the end of every thirty days.
