This is the part you can check. Scarcity is an accounting, and what is manufactured can be dismantled. So we wrote the accounting in plain view: $200 flat to the gatherer every time, fair wages to the makers, and the give-back when no one referred. You can check where every dollar lands.

The gatherer is paid $200, flat
Anyone can bring us an opportunity. You introduce a person to a free intake. If that person signs and funds a Statement of Work, you are paid $200. Not a tier, not a pyramid, not a bigger cut for selling more this month, not a bundle, not a discount game. $200, flat, every time. - 02
The makers keep the value
The work is done by a global network of real experts: scientists, designers, engineers, operators. There is no extraction layer skimming the middle. The capability and the value stay with the people doing the work, paid fair wages so they can build equity in their own lives. - 03
When no one referred, a school wins
Every funded Statement of Work pays $200 forward. If someone introduced the client, that $200 is theirs. If no one did, the $200 is directed to EducateWright, our nonprofit. There is no version of the deal where it stays with us.
The gatherer
You bring a person, not a lead.
Flat, to whoever brings someone to a free intake who then signs and funds a Statement of Work. The same number for everyone, the first time and the hundredth time.
No tiers. No pyramid. No “sell more this month for a bigger cut.” No bundles, no discount games. We pay people to make opportunities for other people. That is the whole design.
The maker
The value stays with the people who do the work.
The makers are a global network of genuine experts, many of them brilliant people the old systems left on the bench. We pay fair wages and we do not put an extraction layer between them and the worth of what they build. The power, the capability, and the value are kept and held for the people doing the work, so individuals everywhere can build equity in their lives and walk away from systems that extract from them.
When no one referred
Then the $200 goes to EducateWright.
EducateWright is our nonprofit. Its work is outreach and education: helping people learn to teach each other again, and reducing violence in schools and communities. Software does not end violence. We fund the humans who do that work. When a funded engagement has no gatherer behind it, the $200 does not quietly fold back into us. It goes there.
